The requirements for lacquered surfaces are as high as the requirements set by environmental bodies. The painting process is fully automatic, the painting cabins of two enclosed painting lines are entirely air-conditioned and are equipped with wet-type paint separation. All parts are exposed to special pre-cleaning procedures. The paint is prepared with computer-controlled dosing equipment. Greiner Assistec uses single- and multicomponent lacquer systems, which are partly based on solvents, but prefers using water-based systems for environmental reasons. 

Whether single- or multilayer painting, high-gloss, impact-resistant or conductive: For every product we offer the appropriate paint (e.g. effect paints, decorative paints, soft paints, protective paints, structured paints, insulating varnish, top coat).

Other surface decoration is based on tampon printing (single- or multicolored), printing, labeling and embossing.
